If we are booked don't worry because we are in touch with other owners in the locality who may be able to help - however there are only a few properties with a sea view as holiday lets. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 25% deposit, full balance is payable within 2 months of the holiday start date.
A returnable damage deposit of £100 will be added to all bookings except short breaks (£50).
Provisional bookings may be held for up to 7 days.
Payment can be made by cheque or credit/debit card. As cheques are being phased out we also accept direct bank payments.
We do not charge a booking or credit card fee.
